By using the Civanox platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must immediately stop using the system.
Civanox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the system strictly for authorized professional purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, trademarks, and software within this system are the exclusive property of Civanox and are protected under international intellectual-property laws.
The system is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the system will be free from errors or technical disruptions beyond our control.
When card or supported wallet payments are enabled, charges are processed by independent payment service providers (for example Stripe). Civanox does not store your full card number on our servers.
Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes follow the rules of the relevant provider and applicable law, alongside any written agreement between your organization and Civanox.
You are responsible for accurate billing information and for any taxes, fees, or currency differences shown on invoices or payment receipts.
